This is a full-time, on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City with international travel and remote coordination. You will use AI, coordinate services and suppliers, and verify outcomes in the real world. The role focuses on managing and verifying services rather than personally performing every service, and it is not primarily conventional secretarial work or software development.

What you will do

• Manage and verify appointments, reservations, restaurants, groceries, shopping, deliveries, laundry services, transport, service providers and practical unexpected problems.
• Turn travel objectives into executable plans covering flights, hotels, ground transport, schedule constraints, alternatives and last-minute changes.
• Coordinate home, renovation and special projects including suppliers, quotations, materials, deliveries, progress, defects and quality verification.
• Research products, suppliers and services using AI, then call or visit providers to verify facts, compare options and collect evidence.
• Test AI-driven business systems as a customer and return clear PASS or FAIL evidence on whether promised actions occurred.
• Take ownership of unfamiliar special projects across AI, technology, real estate, travel, procurement and international business.

• You follow through reliably and do not fabricate evidence or results. We welcome candidates with zero to one year of work experience. Strong practical Vietnamese is required for work in Vietnam. You must communicate directly with the Founder in either English or Chinese. Strong multilingual ability is an advantage.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam · Full-time · From VND 40,000,000 per month. Exceptional capability may justify substantially higher compensation.

The process includes an application, AI interview, learning challenge, AI working-method training, second challenge, practical research task, video, finalist selection, Founder interview and paid trial; a person makes the final hiring decision.
